To check availability, please complete the online booking form.

After we receive your form, we'll get back to you to let you know that we've reserved a place, or, if your accommodation is fully-booked, to offer you an alternative.

Reservations will be held for 48 hours, until we receive your deposit of $150 per-person, or full payment.

Pay through our office

You can pay for your retreat securely within this web site using PayPal. Of course, you'll need to have, or to create, a PayPal account, but you can pay using either the funds in your account or any debit or credit card that you have associated with the account.

  • If your retreat starts more than eight weeks ahead, then you can pay just $150 per-person deposit.

  • If you have paid a deposit, you should pay the balance no later than eight weeks before the start of your retreat.

  • If your retreat starts within eight weeks, or if you like to keep things simple, you can pay in full.

All Costa Rica bookings are to be processed through our booking office by emailing or calling us.


Holiday Weeks

If you'd like to book a last-minute break, after the holiday week has started, please enquire through our office.

Single Visitors

Many of our guests come alone. For all our retreats, the price for a twin or double room is for only friends travelling together or partners. Single travellers need to book  a single room or pay a higher price to have a twin or double room to themselves.

Mobility

We regret that due to the amount of steps in Casperia, our holidays are not suitable for those with disabilities affecting their mobility.

Ways To Pay

PayPal
If you have specified PayPal, after receiving your booking form we will send a PayPal invoice to your email address. For Pay pal payments either send the funds via family or friends option which has a low fee or add 3.5% pay pal fee on top .

Bank-to-bank transfer
Please contact us and we will forward our UK or Italian bank account coordinates to you. If your bank charges a fee for international transfers, you must pay this fee in order that the full amount of your deposit or balance payment is received at our bank.

Credit or debit card
Complete our booking form with your credit card details and fax it to our booking office, or contact us by telephone.

Credit and debit card bookings will be processed in Euros. Bookings from outside the Euro zone will be processed using the exchange rate at the time of booking.

For extras you have on the retreat such as massages, excursions or tours, please note that if paying by credit card there is a 5.5% surcharge ~ we suggest to bring cash to avoid these charges.


Payment of the balance

For clients who have paid only the deposit, payment of the outstanding balance is due eight weeks before arrival. We recommend banking transfers or payment by credit card or PayPal.

For last-minute bookings only, the balance payment can be made upon arrival in in cash (Dollars) or by credit card.
Important: We do not accept cheques

Deposit Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is payable for holidays booked through our office. Once we receive your deposit your booking is confirmed and a receipt will be sent to you by e-mail and, if requested, by post.

We recommend paying your deposit by bank-to-bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Bank-to-bank transfers usually take three days to clear.

If you would like to book your holiday by making a deposit or full payment over the phone, you should read the terms and conditions first. Guests booking by phone will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
